About: This was a hyperlocal campaign that generated over 100 million impressions for our client by tapping into top, local influencers.

Goals:

  • Raise awareness and attendance about one of Dekalb County’s newest festivals, the Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival, to both local residents and residents from five surrounding states, TN, AL, FL, NC, SC.
  • Drive conversation, excitement, and impressions around the campaign hashtag, #CherryFest17

Execution:

  • Secured eight (8) top Atlanta area influencers to attend and promote the Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival to their readers and social media followers.
  • Each influencer shared a pre-event and post-event blog post which they syndicated across key social media channels.
  • Hosted and promoted the #CherryFest17 Twitter party using nine Twitter influencers.
